Sterling silver cantle concho
Shading can be a tricky bugger....the head of the first scroll looks like it has an elbow in it.
It was cut nice and round, but with the illusion of shade I turned a nice round scroll into one with an error.
If I would have moved the white area up just a smidge the scroll head would have maintained its round form.
You always have to pay attention to what is going on.

Still making rookie mistakes.......dang it!!!!
