Critique Request coat of arms

This is a work in progress- having taken the photo shows me I need to recut some of the lines more deeply. Haven't fiured out what the shield will be, but to go along with the Latin phrase: I understand therefore I paint!:banana:
The size is 3" x 4", so not really tiny...

Reworked some of the lines and got the brushes in- fairly pleased with how they came out- it's getting there! ;-)
