Colt 41 Caliber Derringer

Here is the latest engraving that I have done for a client. This Colt Derringer had a hard life. I had to
do a lot of file and sanding before engraving.

Beautiful restoration! was the frame nickel plated beforehand? looks like the coating was removed to make everything even. Its a good look.

Mike, The Colt did have some plating and I removed it with wet & dry automotive paper and filing the grips were made by Jim Lowe he also works on the fine lettering for me and thanks for your kinds words everyone. J.J.
