Colt factory engraved

Hoping someone with more engraving experience than I have can identify who did this work. 1945 official police factory engraved. One person said Wilbur Glanh. Any help is greatly appreciated

Would you have any idea on who might have engraved it?

Only thing I could offer is to take some better photographs, the pics you provided are out of focus and hard to see. You'll want clear pictures.

I believe colt has a database for their factory engraved pieces.....but I'm not positive
