Everybody with a pc should have the very simple program "Paint" it will do the job.

Step 1: click on "start" menu

Step 2: move mouse to "All Programs"

Step 3: move mouse to "Accesories" folder

Step 4:Open :"Paint"

5: from "File" menu, chose "Open" from here you can open your file in the paint program.

6: once you photo is loaded click on "Image", then "Strech/Skew"
It will ask for horizantal/vertical percentages. Try 50% for both to begin with. then try smaller or larger as needed.

This may look like a lot, but it is truly easy, it is a very basic program. Its come standard with "windows" since the world began.
