Here in the UK, our postal service changed recently, and instead of just being able to tell them that the contents of your parcel is 'not on their prohibited list', they now insist you tell them (across the counter) what's in the parcel!!

I would answer them honestly - "Just a watch." Or actually it's more likely the honest answer is "Some watch parts."
