Engraved Remington 1873 Smoot

This is an old Remington Smoot which I engraved recently for a repeat customer. This gun was originally plated. We had to remove the plating, and it was hand polished. After I engraved the gun it was slow rust blued, the cyclinder was gold plated, the hammer & trigger were Niter blued, & all the pins & screws were fire blued...it was quite a job and here is the outcome.
