Question: Engravers Mark

I have a Ruger Redhawk stainless. It is heavily engraved. I am trying to find the engraver or even the year of gun. It is 95% and the Mark is a backwards P with an R backed up to it. The serial is 500-05470.
Ruger doesn’t know. Cylinder, Barrel, sides and grip strap engraved. Anyone know?

a photo will be a big help, not just of the engraver's mark, but also because the scroll itself is a 'signature' of sorts, too.
