ENGRAVING WITHOUT ANNEALING

I have a new COLT SAA that I would like to have engraved 100% in scroll style. But do not want to anneal the revolver.
Is there anyone that can do it?
The parts have all the finish removed and finished off in 2000 paper. See attached picture as to what I'm looking for.

Tony, The only part that needs to be annealed on SAA Colt is the loading gate. J.J.

the ones i've done were good to go without softening. as mentioned, the gate is an exception. those were very hard.
