FEGA DVD's and Contact info

Hello all,
I know a lot of you are members of FEGA or are contributors to the FEGA in some form or fashion. A little over a week ago I ordered several DVD's from the FEGA, and I have not received them or any sort of notification or confirmation that they have been mailed.

I checked throughout their website and I am unable to locate a phone number or customer service assistance? I was wondering if anyone might have a number or some kind of contact information? I appreciate the help.

You can e-mail at fega@fega.com and I can look into it.
The office girl only works part time and catching her at the phone is tough.
I know there were some DVDs on backorder but I can find out what's going on if you e-mail me with your real name and address.
