Finished plate, still trying to figure how and out what cuts to make for shading on animals. I know what I want it to look like, so back to practice.

That's excellent! Very nicely designed and cut. You've paid great attention to each and every cut and it shows. So often we see work that appears rushed but that's not the case here. Really nice balance of negative space, good shading, and a very pleasing design. :clapping:  :beerchug: :happyvise:

I agree with Sam's comments and could not say it better. Could you show as lower magnification please. Would like to see it like I had it in my hand to get the plan eye view. Bet it will really show off well. Fred

Hi Jeff

Looks great!!!! Well done.

A very nice design and well cut with good shading. The animal/bird looks good with a very nice 3D feel to it. Being a mythical creature you can pretty much do what you want.

The background is nice and neat and adds to the overall effect.

Cheers
Andrew
