WOW, just WOW! Fabulous design, that particular Griffon (Griffiths) should be your signature logo. How did you "colorize" the hummer? I thought you could only do this on titanium.
The color is from what is being called cold enameling. I'm in the experimentation phase. The jewelers on the forum are likely much more knowledgeable than I and I would welcome their comments regarding their experience with the various products.
stunning for sure. there's such an "organic" look to the floor plate. sort of like the imagery in the paintings of bosch-- there are things there that aren't really there. or, maybe they are ! thanks, lee for showing this art.
Lee, such a complicated design, must have taken you a year just to get the plan down on paper.
An absolute GEM!!! I wouldn't have that done on a rifle though. If that was for me, framed, behind glass, and onto the wall.
Fabulous work, Lee! THIS is master class work. Unmistakable character to your engraving and your design skills are tops! A masterpiece for sure, and it's an honor and pleasure to see it!

I think this is way above master level. A master is a person cranking our professional quality work day in and day out. This is a Museum Quality Grand Master piece. Beautiful!!!
Durability has always been a concern with so called cold enamels. I would imagine the flatter you can keep it to the surface of the surrounding metal the better. Possibly by cutting down first and then applying? I've only used them in places where the enamel sat fairly deep in a recess.
Good luck with it and let us know how the experiment turns out.
Fabulous work as always and as Sam said, Amazing design and layout skills!!!
