GRS Magnum handpiece body

Hi, I was going to purchase the magnum handpiece and was told that now it only comes with the knob style body and you have to purchase the long body separately. How many out there use the long body? GRS said not many do. Thanks Ken

Ken,
I use the Magnum hand piece and have never needed or used the long body. Should you need one I could let it go cheap.

Ken, The long body is all I use. I was using the #710 before and that was what I was used to. I do brightcutting and that works best for me.

Many western engravers like the long body as it makes the Magnum similar to the 710. Most people use the standard body for regular engraving. I never use the long body but I really don't do bright cutting. It just depends on what you are used to using and type of engraving you are doing.
