Do you guys tend to use your Microscope head-stand While Engraving, setting? Thanks

I dont do much engraving. Mostly diamond/stone-setting. And I dont use a head-stand, because I dont have one.
And I wouldn't want one. It will make your neck muscles weak/lazy.

I use one. It helps keep things steady.

A head stand-----No Less.

But a head rest on a scope does help
