Help with Sam’s dvd

I have a few of Sam‘s dvd‘s downloaded on my iPad. I‘ve tried for 2 days to print or download the practice templates like on the shading dvd. I go to the media tab open it where it says PDF but I can’t print it. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong thanks in advance

I can open it look at it but it will only have a button that says ”done”
nothing with arrow or print and I’ve tried everything such as hold down on page and image but it won’t let me print ect. I just sent massages to the app. I’m now almost positive it’s the app because it now keeps crashing. Thanks for your reply

It’s the app. I should of ordered the dvd instead. I’ll email Sam shortly

I got it fixed through the apps help completely had re-download everything
