Higgins 12 Gauge

This was one I had started it awhile back and finished last year, never posted pictures on it. It’s a J.C. Higgins and was in kind rough shape, lots of filing and sanding. Replaced some inner parts and stocks.

I think you mean J.C. Higgins which was a line of guns sold by Sears. That one was made for them by Savage and was about a $30 gun in its day.

Yep has to be 1 of the best JC Higgns ever. I'm a Britany guy so it really appeals to me. Maybe ya can make a silk purse from a sows ear.

Thanks flintdoubles, yeah there’s a story behind it… maybe for another day. It did give me something to do in my downtime and practice on my bulino. On another note, shot some clays this weekend and got to shoot it, had a lot fun.
