I finished this tonight. I took off my reduction lens and spent a few days under the full 45X power. I don't suggest doing this for any extended length of time. I don't think it's very good for your eyes. I had to make a few extra "gravers" out of 1" long dental burrs ground to little flats and points held in my fingertips. This isn't Willard Wigam small, but approaching the micro miniature. Very strange working this scale. (numbered RL #19 - 2011)

Awww, c'mon Ron, the least you could have done is put some scroll work and acanthus on the guitar to bling it up a bit :)

Dang it anyway. All my other bidders backed off, but there was still one that hadn't responded yet. I slammed the hammer at 4k, then this morning I found an offer for $5000.
