Hi everyone.
Heres pictures of a shifter plate, brake handle plate and door sills I engraved.
The door sills are 41 inches. The photos are before chrome plating. Any comments are welcome.

So what size graver do you use for this kind of work? I'm so used to thinking small and tiny and here you are doing really big and bold

Andrew, I use a glensteel square graver 45 degree face angle and 17 degree heel angle.

David, unfortunately the parts are for a customer's car.

This goes along with my plans for my '63 Chevy pickup when I get started fixing it up. Right now it is called "Ole Spot" for obvious reasons; primer spots and old age!
