After a delay from a shoulder injury, I finally finished the knife that I started back in December while taking a private class with Sam Alfano. What a fantastic class it was. Sam is a wonderful teacher. I can't recommend him enough. I learned so much. I am a jeweler and stone setter with lots of jewelry engraving experience. This is my first time working on an item with this much space. I love it.

I have to admit that I need a lot more practice on shading, especially on the 24kt.

Colin, you put a lot of time and effort as well as your heart & soul into this piece, and it shows. Great job! You're obviously not intimated by inlay and sculpting elements in stainless steel. I'm proud to have you as a student and can only imagine how you're going to progress as time goes by. :clapping: :happyvise:
