Identities of Engravers with Initials DB and NN

Thanks to Roger Bleile, I'm 1 for 1. Thought I would try 3 for 3. Does anyone know the identities of the engravers of my Winchester model 71 or Fabrique Nationale (FN) rifles? The Winchester was made in the late 50's, so it was done since then. The FN may have been made around that same time. As seen in the pics, the Winchester is initialed DB, the FN is initialed on the inside of the floorplate NN with a line either underneath or above each initial. Don't tell me it stands for No Name! Also, both have wonderfully carved wood. Now some poo poo carved stocks, but I didn't buy the guns for them. Thanks in advance for any insight you may provide. Dennis

I've got nothing on your Winchester. I'm not sure that the DB is the engraver's mark. The engraving and carving look very much like German or Austrian work. Kornbrath or Griebel work would look very similar, but those guys clearly always signed their work.

I checked my source for Belgian engravers and did not find a NN.
