Question: Lindsay engraving

I have been trying for several days to contact someone at Lindsay Engraving. I have tried sending emails and even called and left message. Is he extremely busy or maybe on a vacation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i don't know, but there should be somebody, anybody, to just answer the phone and mind "the store". that's the right way to do bizz.

Received an email yesterday from Karla, regarding an order I placed. So they must be there.
I haven't had much luck emailing them either. Only when I reply to a message send by them, I get a reply from them. Not sure why though.
