She's old, she ain't pretty, and it took me 6 hours to get the optics aligned!!! But I can now see!!!! And wow, for anybody who hasn't got a scope yet, you gotta get one! Saving up for one of those fancy leicas.
Thought I would add a few details for those wondering:
Paid 50 dollars for the microscope, and soon found out why, was totally out of alignment, had to disassemble the whole thing and adjust it. Also one of the eye peices was busted on arrival, so had to purchase another 10x wf for 15 dollars. And the e arm that holds the scope was 40 dollars. So all in for 105 on eBay! Shockingly enough, my most expensive purchase was the 90 dollar 0.5x auxiliary objective, which bumped me up to 195, I’m pretty sure I could have scored one cheaper eventually, but I was impatient, and jumped on a mint one.
