Papart1 after the design is etched on copper in ferric chloride the enamels will be packed in the copper cavities left from the acid etch and fired in a kiln between 1400 and 1500 degrees

ah.......do you escavate the depressions with nsk..........or power assist gravers please?

sooo......each layer of etching takes it down a little more until the desired depth is required then.

Papaart1: Stoning the surface until enamels are level to the metal, wet and dry grits of sandpaper using water. After a final grit, a final flash fire will be executed in the kiln to restore the vibrancy of the enamels
