Shucks, not even a nibble!

QUOTE=Robert Catesby and Guy Fawkes were co-conspirators in the gunpowder plot to blow up King James I and parliament in 1604. There were others involved, captured, tortured and executed.[/QUOTE

You are a remarkable and outstanding student of world history, Sam.
Only on Guy Fawkes night while in the UK, and on the 5th. of November anniversary of his plot have I heard the names of his co-conspirators remembered.
And that's in the 69 years since my leaving England.
When I was a kid before WW2 we would make a stuffed image of Guy Fawkes and hang it in our front yard.
Passers bye would drop a penny or two after checking our Guy dummy for we kids to buy fireworks to celebrate the hanging of Guy and has cohorts.
Mr. Sparks, my old history teacher would be proud to remissness with you Sir.
YOS. John.
Sorry, I typed the wrong month.
Guy Fawkes is celebrated on November 5th and I typed December 5th.
