Are those your cats?

I love robins. We get big winter flocks around here. Maybe a month or so ago I walked thru one for a full city block- dozens of them on everyone's lawns, both sides of the street. Wouldn't be a bit surprised if there were 500 of 'em.

A new member comes to our home... it is a Tupinambis lizard that lives in our backyard from a month or so ago.
We speculate that it would have been brought here with the last swelling of the river. (We have a river at the limit of the backyard).
It is around 80 cm long and quite unfriendly! I used a 300 mm telephoto to take the pictures.
