About ten years ago I meet John Malloy at the Baltimore gun show John was the owner of L.D.Ninschke's book of pulls and with the help of R.L.Wilson they put the Ninschke book together. J.J.

That book is a superb resource. The good news is that with many software programs it is easy to turn the negative into a positive and see the engraving better.

I highly reccommend subscribing to Rock Island Auction's newsletter. As of late there has been quite a few articles with engraved firearms in them. It is a good source for ideas. Just keep in mind that they are interested in promoting their auction lots.
