Sam I have been trying to get this matter cleared up but so far have not been successful and I can't PM you so here is the problem. on april 6th of this year my paypal account gave you $15 for the membership. but I have not been credited with that status and can't use the buy and sell forum. please correct this.

on a related note, my pledge membership renewed automatically about a month ago. PayPal showed the entire $50 being charged to my Visa, but my Visa statement revealed that they had in fact used up my small PayPal acct balance (about $15) before charging the remainder to my Visa. something to keep an eye on...
