Questions about how airtact

I seek information on the functioning of airtact. I have gravermax sc with handpieces 901 fine spring, 901 hard spring, Monarch and 610 hammer because I am a jeweler and I do engraving and gemstone setting. The matter if I use the airtact on one of my 901 handpiece is what I always use my pourais other handpieces or need t'il disconnect the airtact?
The airtact is there to advise my usefulness?
