This has been a very interestin discussion and I have learned alot from it.

I just had to go and look after the interesting discussion and points brought out about this book. My 1st edition is priced at $25.00 inside the front dust jacket. My other copy has no original price printed anyplace. That was a good chunk of change back then for a book.

For what it is worth, my 2nd edition (or possibly 1st edition standard?) has a $17.50 price on it. This is the one bound in blue cover and has the photographic jacket.

I have been lookin for this book and so far the cheapest i have found it is $200 bucks and i think ill buy that one!!
