That is way FREAKY. She keeps changing from clockwise to counter clockwise for me. Sam and I are looking at it together and definitely NOT seeing it the same way. Not only are we disagreeing on which direction she is turning, and when she changes, but we are even having trouble agreeing on which leg she is standing on...right or left. That changes with the turning direction as well.

Cool

I am looking at it with my two boys. Two of us will see it one way, and the other going the other way. Then one of us will change which way she is going, but the other two have not seen a change. Took me a while to be able to have her change back and fourth.

Well, huh, seems that I've been programming for too long. She's turning anti-clockwise and just refuses to change the direction... What a stubborn girl!

I start with her going counter-clockwise and then she shifts to clockwise. My ever-indulgent wife can't see anything but counter-clockwise.

Interestingly, many years ago a Science Fiction magazine called Omni ran a test and paid for the first xxxx to be evaulated. I was early enough to get results and they said I don't have a hemisphere dominance, just a slight preference to the right brain.

UPDDATE - we looked again and now both of us are locked into Clockwise, spinning on her left leg. And now we're bouncing back and forth. Clockwise is left leg down, counter-clockwise is right leg down. The ever-indulgent wife keeps trying to call the leg that sticks out the leg she's spinning on rather than the leg that goes straight down so make sure you're talking about the same thing when checking.

That's wild I see her going both ways. I hope that doesn't mean I'm bi:eek: I close my eyes picture her going the other way open my eyes and she goes the other way. I wonder which way she is actually going.

She started out going counter clockwise, then I blinked and she was going the other way. Dang it Scott, now I need a drink. I'm still trying to see Marty's version though.

the image turn in the two direction it's a joke , it's a random movement, it's change the way when the legs aren't visible so you can't see the the moment , when the image turn on clockwise, yhe left leg is on the ground and you can see the shadow too. when it's change it's the right one it's just an illusion

Hi Scott

Well, I looked at the spinning lady till I was giddy. I must be a left sided brain person because she spins anti clockwise for me every time.

So that brings a question for you right brainers..............How do you get on telling the time with a normal watch face with hands?...........clockwise or anti clockwise? :)

Cheers

I found it easiest to change directions by looking between her ankles and the shadow of here feet. By moving between those points I was able to make her turn.

Isn't it amazing how she can read your mind and see what side of the brain you are thinking in? :D

Andrew,
When we need to tell time with a normal watch with hands, we stand on our left foot.:D

Watching the foot that is on the ground. She always rotates in the direction of her big tow, going
clockwise or counter clockwise. She changes direction when she fully face away.
The change happen in about 1/100 of second. Thankfully it's a drawing or there would
legs splattered on the wall. Humans can't move that fast in a change of direction.

I can only get her to go anti clockwise if I read about the left brain/right brain stuff at the side and look at her with periferal vision, as soon as I focus on her she goes back to spinning clockwise. It's kind of freaky. Brian

Interesting....I saw her spinning counterclockwise initially but then it became clockwise. I closed the link and re-opened it, but was only able to see her jumping on her left foot spinning clockwise.

I think I need to meet her so I can see better!
