I'm partial to the middle one. It doesn't conform to the rule of flow from start to end as the scroll starts in the center and runs both ways. When you first look at it , you eye goes to the center and it looks good to me. I like the way you used the leaves as the border on the ends as well as the shading. Just my humble opinion.
