It's a simple wood handle with screw collect in the front of it.

Did you do all the engraving with only the one hand toll in the photo?

I use airgraver for lines ,shadow lines and background remove.The tool you see in my photo is a noddle scribing tool.I use it scribe on the drawing made by pencil,prevent it from being rubbed away while engraving.
