Paul Hamlers sharpening fixture made it to South Africa today.i put it through it paces today and just as i got started the power went of
and i had to wait a hour and a half for the power to be restored.well when it was back the business of sharpening gravers could begin.i use the Lindsay graver point and that was the reason that i bought the tool and i had always found it hard to sharpen correctly.well no more.i sharpened every thing that looked like a graver today with great accuracy and ease.the templates makes the job very very easy.this is for the lazy man like myself.if you don't like the Lindsay point no problem just remove the locating pins and you have yourself a normal sharpening fixture and you could have every sort of graver point configuration that you like.the workmanship on the tool is excellent witch comes as no surprise if you look at his miniature tools.thumbs up Paul.
