Mr Joseph, with all respect for your work,career and book... but i don t think that's an answer that helps Roycroftcon very much.. In fact it doesn t show any respect to people who design it, like it or buy it..
I did several sigs and never had the feeling it was very difficult, though neither very easy to cut.. Used carbide ones on those

I cut one once it didn't seem to be difficult to cut. I didn't mess with the frame though, it was powder coated.
