This ones is 0.8mm or 1/32“ thick. It is the first one, let‘s see how well it works. It‘s dimensions are 55x12.5 mm, it feels pretty heavy. I might try 0.6 mm next time. From my feeling 0.6 might work for single sided engraving. If somebody wants an engraving on the backside as well I‘ll stick to 0.8mm.

I cold-roll the silver (actually, this one is made out of Argentium) to at least 50% thickness reduction after the last annealing in order to work-harden it. It did cut very easy. Even tough there are many very tiny radii I did not break the 105° high-speed steel gravers point. All the longer cuts are shiny.
