Stainless Pistol Question.

I have been wanting to do a nice pistol with my color engraving and was wondering what guns out there are nice cutting stainless? I know Colts are made of 416 which is me preferred steel for my knives and engraving on them. Are there other automatics out there made in 416 or what other nice cutting stainless is used for handguns?
Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

I would recomend a S&W mod. 686 in 357 mag. Although the cylinders are a bit tough and gummy, the overall working properties are pretty good. Plus since its stainless no re-blueing is required. In addition, the gun is probably the best made revolver out there and a worthy subject for engraving.
