I'll let the others come in with more detailed advice - I'll just point out there's a big difference between carrying a gun and transporting a gun. For carrying you'd need a CCL and I think Vegas has some conditions on top of that. Transporting should be less of a problem, but like I said, wait for more advice.
There are a couple of issues here. Like KC said there is a big difference between transporting and carrying. Nevada does not honor out of state Carry permits. So I cannot carry my handgun concealed and loaded into nevada. I can transport it though which means unloaded in a case. On top of that the casinos to not allow you to carry a firearm through the casino. So if you are bringing any guns as us FEGA members do, keep them in a locked case. Don't carry them around indiscriminately through the hotels. Just bring them cased to the show or any meetings and then either leave them in your room of some other seciurity you might have arranged.
Now I dont know if you are flying or driving. If you fly your guns must be unloaded and in a locked case. Declare them at he the check in counter at the airport. It's no big deal. i did it for years . Now that I drive I still have them in a hard case for transporting. It's mostly to protect them from damage.
Have a safe trip
Check with the Venetian to see if they will store the gun(s), in a locked case, for you until Monday. That way you don't have to worry about them being stolen from your room. I used to arrive at the Reno show a few days early and the Legacy security folks gladly stored my cased arms for me until our own secure room became available. Being attached to the Beinfeld show where thousands and thousands or firearms are in the show there is no such thing as a secure room available, except in the show itself.
