I got all the material together to put some of your blades together. What a good blade.
It easy to cut down because there isn't as much material to cut back.
I wound up making the carbide blade 2" and the brass Farrell just under a 1".
Rather than soldering the Farrell on, I just ran it through the square jaw on my rolling
mill. It seems to be quite tight since it crimp along the whole length of contact.
To engrave with they're great because there is practically nothing but cutting face.
