That is the back of the palm concho? How did you fabricate it, dose it have a tube inside?

I use a forming die that I made.
one side is domed and flat while the other is rounded.
soldered the two halves together.....using square silver wire I formed a oval ring and soldered it to either end.
after soldering it I removed the center creating a path for the leather to go thru.
then I cut out the brass overlay and soldered it to the side with the flat top.
