what went wrong

i tried downloading the free version of ai cs2 posted a couple days ago. it downloaded but prompted for a serial number. anyone else have this problem ?

If I'm on the right track, I think the serials you want are on the download page.

Before pressing the link to download take note of the 20 - 24 digit number which appears next to the link. You probably won't have a chance to write it down after downloading.

I downloaded the program and used he SN from the last colum on the right without a prob.
