Who would like to do a bulino project for me?

I always thought this photo would make a nice pendant, but I'm pretty sure if I tried it would look pretty dumb. I'm thinking I'd like stainless steel for durability, 3/4 - 7/8" diameter. Is $200-400 a reasonable expectation?

Katherine hands down. You can search her on this site and see her work. She recently did an awesome horse which is posted in the history as well as amazing scrimshaw work.
