I bought three of this videos a while ago, I had computer problems last year, now I can not watch one, it comes up as an error, and the other two don't even show up on the player, these are the ones I bought,
Easy computer lettering, this is the only one that shows up,
Engraving scrollwork start to finish
Lettering techniques for hand engravers,
I have email support, while I wait thought I ask here if any body had a similar problem, I have re-downloaded the player and try to get my videos but no luck.
My computer was restored to a previous point last year because of software problems, but that should not have affected this should it?, not happy

Richard,
Generally when you download files that are "Licensed" for your computer, the install or conformation application enters a registry entree into you computer that allows the file or application to run. By restoring back to prior to you downloading the file or application you restored the registry to the state before it was there. This basically disables the file or application from running on your PC. This is how the developer or author protects his product.
Contact the provider and explain the problem. They may allow you to redownload and install at no charge. Good luck.

Tech support will sort it out for you. It's nothing I can do as everything is on their servers. Not to worry though...just sit tight until they get you fixed up.

Thanks for the explanation Van, I have received an email from tech support today, I have two of them back, that I can stream from the player, but still missing one, not to important as is the computer lettering one which I have some knowledge, it was the other two that I was worried about,

Indy, yeah that's funny, I had to check, definitely downloaded them, lol,

Thanks Sam, tech support already started,
no doubt they will fix the problem,
but I guess next time I will be buying the actual DVD, even if I have to wait a couple of weeks to get it, save a lot of headaches, :) it seems technology is getting further and further away from me, :(
thanks.
