LOL . High Definition Pencils not sure there is such a thing yet. Faber Castell I think may make a HD pencils or HD could stand for Harley Davidson . Yes Dixon makes a fine Pencil . I have several and I have used the eraser and had to buy erasers after I use them up . I like to draw with paper and pencil and need to do more of it. Now where did put that eraser ? Hmmm the one on the end of my made in USA Dixon pencil is gone maybe it is a chew toy !

Then find an engraver who will teach you. Try looking over his/her shoulder while they're cutting and try to connect the dots. If you were in my studio, my HD camera would be outputting to a display, but that probably wouldn't suit you.

You have the gift of this forum and the gift of thousands of engravers who share their work and helpful tips. Sounds to me like there's no way of pleasing you.
