Hello everyone!

I have a question this bench. Does anyone know what dimension they use on the top cavity and how deep it needs to be?

i built my own years ago. the one you show wouldn't hold even 1/10th of all the tools i have developed a need for. this may work for those using limited space but i alway tell people to build a bench at least twice the size you think you will need. your tool collection will likely outgrow a bench such as you show. this is just my experience. ymmv

I appreciate your advice. This would be my second bench so space should be fine.

somewhere in the basement is a thread, "show us yer workbench". you'll find a hundred ideas from minimalist to the sublime.

That particular one is for a stone setting. I have the same version that I use daily. I don't think there is such a thing as an " Engraving Bench". just custom-build yours to your comfort and proportions.

I agree 100 percent monk, I found 2 desks each has a lower shelf for a keyboard and removed it to allow my vise and stand and I'm still out of room
