I would suggest that you ask Steve Lindsay directly and get it "straight from the horses mouth."
When you contact him have the part number from the regulator so that Steve knows what you are talking about.

In the photo of the right side, the one with the gold sheep ,it looks like the engravers initials could be MMS.
Then on the left side, below the gold lion and the gold border scroll looks like a very small PJ in the blue below the border and scroll.

Thank you for using my system,. Dental burrs sure work and glad they are working for you.
But I now make most of my gravers using 1/16" cobalt round stock, soft soldered into the 3/32 inch brass square tubing.
Guess I'm getting old and lazy. Can get longer life and more sharpening's...
A repeat......but its simple,,,,,,it workes,,,,,,,, and you can make them in half an hour.!!

I use two large diameter vise pins with short brass points soldered on them at 90degrees.
These fit and hold the cylinder in it's normal points of rotation, without any damage.
