    I think if it was a pendant, putting a hole into it now would take away from the effect. Not sure other than a happy “demon” on the other side, the dragon may be too large a subject matter for it to be appreciated. Fun stuff

    If you are on the fence about trying gold inlay, take the plunge. Glad I got the nerves out of the way and got my first attempt. This was sanded down too much so lesson learned but I’ll add it to an upcoming project.

    To add some flare and interest, Change the leaf shape ever so slightly to emphasize the growth like one would see in nature. Adding a border is always a good option to give it a polished and framed look. Great start sir, and Mr. Pilkington is spot on as always.
