    I thought I payed particular attention to the point errors without a lengthy tail that is. There is some that I hurried on because the curl at the end/top of the knob is evident. I mught add that the whole design was done by hand with air assist. Thanks men.............paps

    maybe a little over descriptive...............can't really measure it. I will just say..........looking at it under the microscope, the sight paths on either side of the heel should be identical, as identical under the scope as possible. Under my emz 5 that is.

    I have found in my learnings (everyday) that the geometry of any graver/burin at any intersecting point is VERY important. To the point of using for 20-30 minutes before dull.......not broke. If one of the heels appears to be microscopically different than the other side..........you are headed...

    What is hopefully a quick question.

    T.D. I just ordered those 40% er's from amazon........nib on one end,brush on the other. I played with them at Micheals and give them some thought. They spread quite well, can't wait to see how they transfer. Thanks paps
