Hello everyone.
I was engraved anatomical diagram of the upper body to the copper.

Very impressive! Are you working in medical studies or do you have a Dr, office commission? These are amazing and just curius as to the motivation. Steve Lindsay's daughter is a medical illustrator but I think she uses conventional media. More people who are artist in their own right should become involved in this type of illustration and move the art form into value for the sake of the art rather than decoration on guns and knives. My own personal art talent could fit in a thimble. But if I engraved the thimble it would be judged on the value of the thimble to thimble collectors only.
I truly admire your reaching beyond the box and creating non-utilitarian art. Thanks Fred

Thank you for comment.

> Lindsay's daughter is a medical illustrator ...

Really? I did not know.
I studied at the Art University of Japan, then, I have learned a sculpture in Milan, Italy.
I was engraved the anatomy manual as a reference.
What I learned in school are very helpful in my current job.
I want to create a work that takes advantage of the future also learned experience.

Akihiro, I go to an orthopedist who is helping with a broken neck. The x-ray rooms are full of painting of x-rays. They are very colorful but if you study them you will see broken bones and dislocated joints as well as just wear and tear from age and usage. I always spend my waiting time studying them . Truly fascinating in colors. most people just think they are abstract art but they are paintings by one of the Doctors. Fred
