I'd love to find some books that can teach me some decorative engraving techniques to create bright cut textures etc, I'd love to eventually take a Todd Daniels class at GRS as he's a phenomenal instructor so I hear but until I can afford to travel half way around the world, I'd love to know if there's any resources closer to home.

Thank you!

If you cant make the journey because of the cost, I suggest to start at local Jewelry stores where you live.
Find a skilled Jeweler who might critique, or even help you with your endeavor.

In my opinion, you can't truly learn this art from reading a book, or watching a video.

One must do, or not do. There is no try.

I agree, I already engrave portrait styles but would be great to learn some new tricks to add another dimension to my work. Saving up it is :)
