I just wanted to share this so that maybe it will help someone when trying to find and inexpensive laser printer. I bought a Canon Image Class MF264w and it works great for image transfers using wax paper, dammar varnish and acetone.

Great to hear. Technology changes and it's good to stay updated on what works and what doesn't. My old Canon uses T120 laser toner so any printer that uses that should work. Yours uses Cartridge 051 according to Canon's site.

My old Canon keeps on chugging along but I know it won't last forever. It's nice to know I can replace it with a similar Canon which works with acetone.
